The Brussels Griffon (also known as Griffon Bruxellois for those with rough coat and Griffon Brabancon for those with smooth coat) has a sturdy terrier-like body similar to the Affenpinscher with a docked tail and a face that somewhat resembles a cute, little monkey.

The Welsh Terrier has a sturdy, athletic medium-sized body with a docked tail and a short, wiry, and low-maintenance coat.  His appearance is similar to the Airedale and also shares common characteristics with the Irish and Lakeland Terriers.  He is bold, spirited, affectionate, obedient, and gets along well with children.  With his handy size, fun attitude, and good temperament, he makes a wonderful household pet.

If you are looking for a dog that is affectionate, gentle, sporty, keeps himself clean, and performs very well both on the track and in the show ring, then the Whippet is the perfect dog to add to your family.  He is an excellent watchdog, good with children, and looks extremely elegant, which also makes him a fine show dog. 

The Tibetan Terrier is one of the 3 small Tibetan breeds.  The other 2 are the Tibetan Spaniel and the Lhasa Apso.  He is also closely related to the Tibetan mastiff, which is a much larger dog.

The Irish Terrier has a strong, leggy body, and a short, dense, wiry coat that sheds a little and resembles a small Airedale.  He is alert, courageous, curious, spirited, active, a bit sensitive, a great ratter, and not as snappy as most terriers.

The Italian Greyhound is the perfect mini-Greyhound and also the smallest of the sight hounds.  He has a slender body, fine-boned, muscular, and has a slightly curved back.  His shedding coat is short, glossy, and odorless.  He is a high-strung friendly toy breed with lots of nervous energy. 

The Scottish Terrier (Scottie) is an attractive looking dog with a strong, compact, thick-boned body.  He has short legs, pricked ears, and a short wiry coat with a softer undercoat.  This extremely loyal breed makes a strong and sporty companion as well as a good watchdog.  He is honest, straightforward, and has a reliable temperament.  He is affectionate and a devoted pet to his owners but very discerning about other people and can be downright sullen at times. 

The Smooth Fox Terrier has a strong, athletic body.  Many agree that he is the smartest of the terrier breeds, second to none in killing vermin and bolting fox.  He is an alert, smart, amusing, lively, and independent breed.

The Pug has a solid, squarish body, a pushed-in muzzle, and protruding eyes.  He is a happy and lovable dog with one of the sweetest disposition of any breed.  He is intelligent, fun, playful, able to warm up quickly with strangers, good with children (but does not tolerate roughhousing), and usually gets along with other dogs.  This breed rarely shows aggression, which makes him a great family pet. 

The Cardigan Welsh Corgi is a small, low-to-the-ground dog has a sturdy body and short legs.  His trademark tail is described as a fox-like brush.  He is a hardy dog that makes for an excellent guard as well as a devoted companion.  He is fond of children and has a gentler temperament than his close relative, the Pembroke Welsh Corgi.
